This unique Style, you will be seated in chairs in a circle, while listening to a guided meditation. Reiki Practitioner(s) will be guiding this wonderful healing energy through your body and aura with a series of hand placements. Starting by lightly touching your shoulders, top of your head, upper back, etc. This combination will help you to release and let go of all the tension, stress, pain, worry, sadness, or whatever it may be that you've been holding on to.
The full event lasts an hour
15 min-Mix and mingle to allow for everyone to arrive
30 min-Reiki Meditation
15 min-Share experiences as a group

Looking for a winter fun activity
Grounding is the process of reconnecting with the earth and being fully present. While it's beneficial year-round, it can take more effort to stay grounded in the winter. If you have never experienced bare feet in the snow...you are missing out. Now that there is snow on the ground we are excited to announce winter grounding, This event takes place outside on our heated deck, we provide warmed blankets, flip flops and includes a Shinrin-Yoku essential oil warm stone/foot soak, bare footing in snow and a cup of our Spring teas.
